This book really has some yummy recipes. If you are having issues with trying to stay healthy?.. About 4 weeks ago, I had chest pain and sort of blew it off to a gastro-intestine issue. Come to find out? I had 2 blocked arteries and had to get a stent. I was shocked to find out with no prior warning. I have been trying to find some good recipes since having this done so I do not have to repeat. I will have to say my diet was not the greatest. I am in my mid forties and took for granted that it was possible for me to have heart problems. My father was 57 when he had major open heart surgery. I hope this will help some of you as it has me.
